About Us
We believe that engineers are the creators of civilizations and can improve the lives of mankind. Therefore, we must consider this civilization creator engineer, to reinforce his professional skills to prepare and submit engineering projects of different sizes and complexity in a variety of locations, using a range of tools to strengthen and enhance the capabilities of engineers to develop the engineering work in Egypt and keep pace with developed countries.
Experience has shown that there is a strong relationship between education and professional practice to develop the skills of the Engineer. So we focused on training as a basis for engineering education through the establishment of NASSAR ACADEMY ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (NAET), therefore we needed the support of a team of professional experts to develop the field of engineering in Egypt and to make the academy number one in the Arab world.

The history of the Academy
The year 2010 witnessed the birth of the idea of establishing Nassar Academy for Engineering and Technology (NAET) after many meetings of the engineering team at Nassar Engineering (NEAP) in an attempt to overcome the problems of the technical work based on the observations listed as following :-
1- Weakness of foundations on which the engineering work is based on (The project)
2 – Poor ability to determine the scope of work required for submittal.
3 – The Engineer’s inability to plan the steps required for completing his assignment.
4 – Poor utilization of technological development in the construction industry.
5 – The lack of clarity of the future vision of new graduates (determine the practical objectives).
6 – Failure to comply with the time schedule for completing the projects.
7 – Poor coordination between the Engineer and his colleagues at work.
Goals & Objectives
The Academy should be considered as not only a producer of ‘competent professionals’ but a generator of new ‘Ideas’ in education and practice in engineering and technology fields.
1 – Establish a system of engineering education and training that meets the aspirations of young engineers to provide engineers and technicians with high skills.
2 – Promoting quality and innovation in education, training and scientific research.
3 – Consulting and support in engineering training in Egypt and the Arab World
4 – Communicate with stakeholders (universities, engineering offices, ……) about educational and training activities.
5 – Provide an innovative atmosphere for trainees to help solve problems in a creative and professional way and keep up with developments in engineering and technology.
