The design fulfills the needs of the Saudi Institute for the petroleum Services for housing 600 trainees and providing all basic and entertainment services.
The project consists of a palace and four duplex villas. The design depended on reaching the maximum benefit for the built-up area and using the Post-Modern Style for the Architectural form for the building.
