Project Overview:

The Residential Blooks Area consists of a group of Residential Buildings, each includes 6 floors.
Each floor contains 8 residential units with a minimum area of 200 square meters.
Full services were distributed along the Main Axes of the project to provide a special level of service to the Residents such as :
Basic Education Schools, Kinder-Gardens, Shopping Malls, 5 Masjids, a University, Medical Centers and a Fire Station, It is an integrated Residential Project with its Infra-Structure and Services.
